The Hotwheel Foundation's mission is to assist individuals with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities to achieve independence, self-reliance, and full community sports activities participation.

We hope to establish and operate programs for individuals with physical disabilities and their families. We promote freedom for those who are challenged with mobility obstacles every day with full community sports activities participation.

Emphasizing community sports activities participation. and the benefits of active lifestyles, we plan to establish a community center in Modesto, CA for individuals with physical disabilities and their families.
