The Hotwheel Foundation of Modesto, CA has been committed to supporting individuals with physical disabilities with community-based programming in the Stanislaus County for five years.
Our mission is to assist people with spinal injuries and physical disabilities to achieve independence, self-reliance, and full community sports activities participation.
Our efforts are to create awareness of the needs and abilities of the people with physical disabilities, to promote the joy of giving, create global friendship, and deliver hope, mobility, and freedom for individuals with physical disabilities.
The purpose of the non-profit organization is to plan, establish, and operate programs which provide opportunities and assistance to people with disabilities.
Through the strategy of community-based rehabilitation, our organization aims to serve as a model which could be replicated at the grassroots, district, state, and national levels.
